Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed through your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 30 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
  • If you paid via PayPal or Payoneer, the refund will be issued directly to your PayPal or Payoneer account.

Return Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Ernser Store is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit.
